Hawthorne Midtown is an urban oasis in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. This property was in need of aesthetic exterior upgrades. For 112 patios, we removed the old wood patio railings and replaced them with new cable rail systems. Additionally, we did pressure washing and exterior painting of 184 units.
