Over 15 years ago, brothers Sid and Chris Theus began American Painting & Renovations, Inc.  By providing quality workmanship and reliable service, it has grown into a nationwide corporation specializing in the renovation of apartment communities.  In addition, Sid and Chris own and operate Theus Properties, LLC, a real estate holdings and investment company.  As CEO, Sid is actively involved with several charities in Metro Atlanta such as Enable of Georgia, Open Arms, Jaden’s Ladder, and the Atlanta Food Bank.
